I acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, the First Australians, whose lands, winds and waters we all now share, and pay respect to their unique values, and their continuing and enduring cultures which deepen and enrich the life of our nation and communities.
About me
I am a values driven leader with many years of executive leadership and operational service delivery experience in both the government and non government sectors. I am committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive practice. I am proficient in applying a trauma informed lens whilst working from a solution focused, strengths based approach.

I aspire to encourage behaviours of trust, innovation, integrity and accountability within the Human Service sector. I cultivate a culture in which brave work, tough conversations and whole hearts are the expectation. I am committed to walking alongside my fellow practitioners, working creatively together to balance risk, remove obstacles and solve problems collectively for children, young people and their families.
